Frequently asked questions

How can I try MQTT Pro?
You can experiment right away through our free public test broker . If you choose to create a paid broker and are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] to request a refund, and we will process a full refund promptly.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?
Yes. You can switch tiers or cancel by mail to [email protected].
How do you calculate the messages traffic limit?
The message traffic accounts for all messages entering or leaving the broker. In other words, it represents the amount of data transmitted from and to the broker. The MQTT broker is responsible for logging this information. Each publish and each delivery to subscribers counts toward the total message volume. You can send and receive messages up to 128 KB in size.

But messages are metered in 512 Bytes increments. For example, a 1 KB message is metered as two messages.

Which plan should I choose for a production workload?
Choose the plan that matches your concurrent connection and throughput requirements: Starter is ideal for pilots, Growth fits mid-size fleets up to 5,000 devices, and Scale provides 100,000 connections, QoS 2, and premium support for mission-critical deployments. You can upgrade instantly inside the dashboard when usage grows.
